@Cointelegraph #Telcoin, not #Circle, snagged the first U.S. digital asset bank charter in Nebraska!  Their state-level charter (Feb 2025) allows crypto deposits & eUSD stablecoin issuance. Circle’s pending OCC trust charter is a different beast, focused on USDC reserves & custody.
