Is kraken literally stealing users funds if it is below the deposit about?  User sends $XX of ETH, on chain txn successful, kraken status: failed, $XX of ETH is under XXXX deposit limit & is instantly moved to wallet 44, users is informed there ETH is permanently lost, LIES.
