The United Kingdom's Air Safety Committee has lifted all restrictions on Pakistani carriers. 
Individual airline carriers can now apply for permits to operate to the UK through the UK Civil Aviation Authority. 

PIA can Now Fly DIRECT to the UK. 

The UK’s Air Safety Committee has closely engaged with the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority over several years, ultimately concluding that Pakistan has met the necessary safety standards.
