Not to be left out, 🟩Branches of Foreign Banks have also increased their holdings of Treasury securities by almost $20B (15%) to $140B just since the beginning of the year 

Coincidentally 🤔 the previous peak for Treasuries held by Branches of Foreign Banks ($157B) occurred the same week in September of 2019 that we experienced the Repo breakdown
