The first ZIP (ZyFAI Improvement Proposal) has passed.

TL;DR:
- XX% performance fees from ZyFAI protocol will go to a DAO treasury (Buyback of ZFI, Stakers distribution... can be proposed)
- Technical implementation through a fee collector contract
