@ashjamesphysio @kieranosull @adamdobson123 @TPMPodcast @IPRSHealth @MaryOKeeffe007 Even in sport we had a player with X site pre-signing MRI of Lx showing minor bulge L5/S1. He had no symptoms, played XX games, developed back pain.

MRI was no change. 

Settled with cons management.

But I think that this is very injury dependant and on a case by case basis.
