@slsjr1 @comcast @Xfinity I’m amazed. Thank you. I tried everything and it wouldn’t let me. Finally talked to an agent, who ghosted me once the outage was finally reported listed on their site. Just as well, they would have tried to sell me something else while they were “checking” my connections!
