If ANYONE attacks South Africa, we'd have no defence. How the SANDF became so weak:

In the SANDF crucial equipment is falling apart:

In the navy, only X Frigate is serviceable, X are in operation, X submarines are even serviceable.

In the Army, the majority of operational vehicles were built in the 1970s and 80s

In the air force, only X out of XXX airframes are operational.

Meanwhile, South Africa has the highest General-to-troops ratio globally at X General for ever XXX troops. The majority of these troops are unfit for duty and the average age of infantry troops is XX years old.  They SANDF became a glorified charity.
