Just playing devil's advocate here..

Despite the ungodly dilution:

$SBET 2.3m shares to 71.4m total shares
$BMNR 4.3m shares to 59.9m total shares

Tom Lee, chairman of BMNR, and Joseph Lubin,  cofounder of Ethereum & Chairman at SBET are no dummies. So they must have structures in place to slowly release these shares because dumping all those  shares at once will crater the price to X.
