U.S. will build boat maintenance facility at Oyster Bay, Palawan, to support Philippine military watercraft. The project, publicly bid by NAVFAC, includes two rooms for storage or meetings. The U.S. embassy clarified it’s not a base and has full approval from the Philippine govt.
