In Saudi Arabia, finding oil isn’t a jackpot. 
It’s a relocation notice.

Locals just trying to plant crops or build homes hit black gold barely XX feet down. 

But instead of cashing in, they get moved out. 

Once oil shows up, the government steps in, takes the land, and hands over a different patch somewhere else.

Celebration turns into a paperwork marathon real quick.
