$SBET, leading Ethereum Treasury.  This is further ahead on $BMNR and gives us a preview what might happen.

SBET raised PIPE in May $425M at $6.15, restricted shares. First base.

SBET raised ATM July 7-11 $413m at $16-$20 shares. This builds a second base of buyers.

The PIPE shares from May looms as those shares have not released yet. You can expect the first base want to take profit. $X -> $XX is juicy. Until then, no selling pressure. 

If SBET makes another ATM, that will build another third base, making a higher sell wall.  If all the shareholders believe they will keep selling ATM (like MSTR) the party will keep going until it doesn't.
