$BMNR is a ticking timebomb, please read.

The capital raise was a $XXX million private investment in public equity (PIPE) deal, closed on July 9, 2025. This transaction involved selling XXXXXXXXXX shares of common stock at $XXXX per share (current the stock is trading at $XX and 4.75m shares float). 

BitMine has agreed to file a registration statement with the SEC for the resale of these shares, but as of now, that process hasn't been completed.  Once it is registered, the 55M shares will be liquid, and we can expect a huge sell off. The floor price is $XXX.
