Speaking from personal and community experience, especially within Fractal Bitcoin and MoonCats we’ve faced three unexpected Web3 wallet disruptions just this year alone that I’m aware of. These surprise upgrades and malfunctions are frustrating and discouraging, especially for new users.

We strongly urge the OKX team to provide advanced notice before any upgrade or system change. Sudden disruptions hurt trust and usability. Clear, advance communication is essential moving forward.
