Bloomberg: A number of Chinese staff members at TikTok are asking the company to reimburse them for excess tax obligations stemming from their move to the United States, as these costs surpass the XX% maximum tax rate applicable in China. They contend that without such support, it may deter future relocations by Chinese workers.
