@HumbleRocksOTC I do not think it will be received well. Wall Street supports Fed's independence.  They will throw a fit. 
The idea of the executive branch controlling monetary policy, by proxy, using a puppet Fed chairman is something I myself can't accept,  and I will pull out of Wall Street.
