True.  A commoner, Mette-Marit, worked for Jeffrey for X yrs. She wanted to marry the Crown Prince of Norway. Jeffrey almost arranged it but his plans failed. JE tried to get them together once more after blackmailing the Crown Prince. Consequently, they married in 2001.
June 27: The police investigation involving Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway’s older son, Marius Borg Høiby, has been completed. 
Oslo Police District shared an update on its investigation into Crown Prince Haakon's 28-year-old stepson and the charges against him, which include one case of rape with intercourse, two cases of rape without intercourse, four cases of sexually offensive behavior, one case of abuse in close relationships, two cases of bodily harm, one case of damage, one case of threats, five violations of restraining order, one case of harassment of a police officer and five road traffic offenses.
