Brisk industrial lot sales from $AEV unit. Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC) said 60ha. of 384ha. TARI Estate in Tarlac City have been sold, or XX% of phase X inventory.  Demand for industrial locations north of Metro Manila has been strong. Site development for phase X is 90%-complete.
