Nah I’m down with the sale. Discovery already exploded. Use the cash to buy back more shares. Plenty of other Sploders they can buy too. Plus this was a good defensive move against Barrick. 

At this rate, I see this being like the merger between CBOT and CME. 

CBOT was the top futures exchange forever. They blew it, and CME took control. Newmont can do that with Barrick if they play this right.
