Someone messaged me if $FPH First Philippine Holdings @ P75.50 was good to buy.

On paper, it is very cheap. Probably one of the most undervalued stocks in the $PSE:

P/E: 2.37x
Book Value Per Share: P391.44

Just take into account the low volume traded due to the lack of interest from daytraders who like volatility.

So, FPH is more of a HODL stock with boring stability and a dividend yield of 2.8%. It does not go up and down with the rest of the market. It has a mind of its own. Not really for traders, but for investors.
