@IrrationalMrkts @KairosPraxis @TrentBlair19 But how do you know if it's a multiple arbitrage acquirer or just a bad acquirer? The share price. That's literally it, if the share price pumps on expensive deals that's your cue. Usually the co will be very happy to dilute to continue the game.
