@MiddleMgmt1 @HoldenWalker99 @Jrpfds TBTF prefs are ~6% now and there could be a short-term risk yield on FnF due to uncertainty over future div payments.

Rate cuts would lower both, but I expect a small spread between FnF and TBTF, at least soon after FnF JPS div resumption (if that is what happens).
