If you sell a skin on a marketplace most likely the marketplace will be forced to hold your money in escrow for at least X days until the trade protection is over for the buyer.

If you sell to a cash trader they probably won't be able to pay until X days when the trade protection is over.

If you sell to an "instant cashout" site, you will probably only get your money in X days when the trade protection is over.
