@NewWorldDawning What is there to understand? A Stablecoin that is stable to a Central Bank Currency like USD is a Central Bank Digital Currency. 
Ill argue stablecoins are even worse than CBDC's since it adds extra confusion about USD supply and opens up the door for fraud and hyperinflation.
