Because if that were true, they wouldn't have tried to kill him exposing themselves, they wouldn't have tried to put him in prison, they wouldn't have made false rape allegations, they wouldn't have created Russia gate hoax, no need for impeachments, no need for fake news stories, no need for MSM to go after him 24/7, no need for rigged elections, no need for J6, 

No need for any of it. 

They could have just released the files.
