NEW: Mother and son—who pretends to be a woman—came forward to issue an apology after assaulting a 21-year-old college student during a dispute over a parking spot in Ridgewood, Queens.

Ironically, the mother—who was recently released from jail—claimed the altercation was provoked by racial slurs and the student allegedly misgendering her son. She says she had been sitting on the stairs enduring verbal abuse for over XX minutes and never had a chance to offer the parking spot.

Now, the pair claim they’re receiving death threats and are afraid to leave their home.

It’s almost comical how they’re portraying themselves as victims, when in reality, they were the ones who instigated the incident. Nowhere was the mother acting polity, neither was she sitting as she claims. The video clearly shows both of them physically attacking the young woman, with the help of another man.
