One has to understand INSURANCE REGISTRATION numbers are NOT delivery‼

If $Nio want to have show cars & cars for test drives, it MUST carry insurance. So these numbers are added to cars sold as well

#Nio has said the same & CAAM also asked $LI to stop sharing
