According to the Financial Times, Cantor Equity Partners 1, a SPAC backed by Cantor Fitzgerald, is in advanced talks with Blockstream founder Adam Back on a deal exceeding $X billion. Back would contribute over XXXXXX BTC—worth more than $X billion—in exchange for shares, with the vehicle to be renamed BSTR Holdings. The deal also includes plans to raise up to $XXX million in additional capital.
