Yeah maybe 8k will tell, but ex-dates for CVRs in reverse mergers are pretty unpredictable sadly. It should be contingent on merger closing though so there should be time. Just tough to do in size if you don´t like the stock. But NewCo should be down to single-digit EV so stock might even work at XX% of merger PIPE
