What is this guy talking about?

It feels like every phenom pitcher who comes up is better than the last. Pitchers now are better than they’ve ever been. 

If anything, it’s the offensive side of the ball that’s going to continue to suffer. Barring rule changes or a major breakthrough, we may not see a young guy come up and get to 3000 hits again in our lifetimes.
