Will inflation below X% be permanently fixed by the early 2030s?

Polkadot's inflation rate is XXXX% today, but it's not really 7.72%. It's a much more interesting situation: 

Actual inflation rate:

2026: XXX%
2027: ~6.5%
2030: ~5.7%
2033: sub-5%

While others are making decisions, the builders of @Polkadot  already engineered a brilliant solution and are just watching it play out in slow motion.
