BREAKING: Brandon Lutnick, son of U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, is nearing a $4B deal with Adam Back to acquire billions in BTC through a Cantor Fitzgerald-backed vehicle.

Back is in talks to contribute up to XXXXXX BTC (worth over $3B) to Cantor Equity Partners X. 

Back and Blockstream Capital would receive shares in the newly renamed vehicle, BSTR Holdings, in exchange for the BTC.

Combined with Cantor’s other vehicle, Twenty One Capital, total crypto purchases could approach $10B this year.
