Thanks, I thought I was crazy, but I do see the stock was trading at just above $X before the deal announcement, so XXX% is fair value. Any details on the timeline and when the deal might close? I'm intrigued if this thing dumps to something like 2x mNAV, but it's ultra risky at the moment. No options either.
