this should've been fully expected. $4mm of cash on the B/S is a significant counterparty risk to their potential customers. also the reality of their capacity and time to deliver a product means you don't just print the ebitda in that quarter.  modeled this - $X is 30x '26 EBITDA assuming X order in 2H'25 and X in '26.
