Richard, if you actually want to raise real wages for ordinary people, it’s not complicated. We need:
- An end to QE and money printing, this is what drives inflation, slowly stealing from workers and driving the wealth gap 
- Deregulation so that entrepreneurs and founders aren’t strangled by red tape
- A tax system that rewards those who take risks, this is how it used to be
- A dismantling of the welfare state, because socialism will bankrupt us

This is basic economics Richard, there is endless evidence through history that this is what drives wealth creation. A bloated state never does.

It might feel good to shout about taxing extreme wealth, but if you tax too hard they will leave and if you don’t solve the root issues (cough cough socialism) you’ll need a new group next to demonise and tax.
