‘Bullets, not hugs’ is the new policy of the Mexican government. It was the other way around under the previous administration. Seriously.

The Mexican Navy, @SEMAR_mx, is at the tip of the spear in taking the fight to the cartels. But they still need the resources and training to expand their capacity to end the cartels grip on parts of Mexico.

My North America Security Initiative is a strategic plan to help Mexico win this counterinsurgency on their own.
