But in this case, the price is super high… Meaning a great company that has say $X billion in revenue and growing fast, often gets a 10x multiple of sales. 20x if they are super lucky. So if $ASTS gets a 20x multiple AFTER it has $X billion in annual revenue run rate, it would then be worth around $XX billion. But it’s already worth $XXXX Billion today. That’s what I mean by being overvalued. It’s not impossible for ASTS to get there. It’s just that a lot of the upside is already in today’s price. That’s what I mean by being overvalued. It’s not impossible for ASTS to get there. It’s just that a lot of the upside is already in today’s price.
