Since there are virtually no new merger announcements, I'm now considering writing SPAC Poetry. First crack at it:

"Once Upon a Time there was a SPAC.
After the Merger, it took a f'ing Whack.

Each day henceforth there is no DA,
You'll have to suffer a terrible poem this way.

The end."
