Cleophas Malalah has been directed to pay legal costs after suing UDA and Chairperson Cecily Mbarire over his removal as party Secretary-General. 

The order was issued by Hon. Lydia Mbacho, Deputy Registrar at the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal of the High Court of Kenya.
