I love those movies, TDK is maybe the great superhero of all time, The first XX min of BvS is brilliant,  I could go on. But, that is one generation of movies. 
I dont watch the Donner Superman or the Burton Batman thinking it would be better with CGI. If Tim Burton wanted to make a Batman movie right now it would still be over the time and fantastical, just with better CG.
