When Saylor uses the ATM on $STRF he gets to buy $XXX worth of Bitcoin today as long as he pays ~$10 per year in perpetuity.

If he could do this today in Japan he'd be able to buy ~$500 worth of Bitcoin today for the same $XX every year.
