We couldn’t agree more.

When a company resorts to a reverse stock split, it’s often a red flag- one you should treat like holy water to a demon.

It reveals a lot about management’s mindset: when it’s time to lead with confidence and deliver real results, they’re choosing optics over substance. 

Reverse splits rarely signal strength - they’re often a desperate attempt to mask weakness.

In the long run, fundamentals and execution always speak louder than share price cosmetics.
