@LPaulson7 @norris_bar55795 @jeff_gluck Yeah,the teams’ case is so strong that the appeals panel specifically says that they overturned the injunction because the teams “cannot show they will be likely to succeed on the merits”in the December trial 😂 or demonstrate a “likelihood of success” required for an injunction
