$SPY $QQQ not reacting positively to good news (CPI inline and $NVDA news) is a sign of exhaustion in rally. Tariff deadline also coming, mkt already above apr X level: good news will be flat reactn and bad news likely a pullback imo. Not selling but holding off on new positions
