Trump’s DOJ has urged the Supreme Court to uphold Ghislaine Maxwell’s conviction despite a 2007 non-prosecution agreement between Epstein and Florida federal prosecutors.

The DOJ hopes that the Court with dismiss her claims of immunity while refusing to disclose Epstein’s clients and intelligence connections.
