They keep saying, "b-but Joe Biden didn't release the files..."
Joe Biden isn't the current POTUS.  Joe Biden didn't run a campaign on releasing the Epstein Files.  Joe Biden never said he would release the files - Trump did.
The fact is, Trump lied - and he's in the files.
