2020: @projectserum shows promise… and problems

Serum ran a proper CLOB.
Built on Solana, it had the speed.

But it was tied to FTX. And when FTX collapsed… 

→ MEV wasn’t solved.
→ Trust wasn’t earned.
→ Another false start.

Lesson: performance means nothing without resilience.
