ICE New Orleans arrested Jose DE LEON-Padilla, a 45-year-old citizen of El Salvador. DE LEON’s criminal history includes convictions for rape of a child, statutory rape as an authority figure and aggravated sexual battery of a victim under XX years old in Davidson County, TN.
