In fact, I believe it might reach that in just X years That means ~20% CAPEX growth annually from 2026-2028 Such high CAPEX will put significant pressure on costs. What will META use to offset the decline in gross margin? Recommendation system efficiency improvements? Revenue from closed-source models? New AI application products? Coding Agents replacing engineers and other employees? Productivity improvements leading to accelerated product iteration? Moreover, this significantly changes the long-term AI narrative, with a very clear customer providing guidance across cycles, and with potentially implementable demand.
