Yet, for simply wearing a dress adorned with the Union flag on culture day, she faced isolation, humiliation, and was sent home as if she had committed a crime. 

Her name is Courtney Wright, and it’s a name everyone should remember. 

This isn’t just about punishing her choice of clothing; it’s about punishing her love for her heritage. 

Courtney didn’t cause a scene, didn’t use foul language, and didn’t promote foreign symbols

she simply wore her own colors on her own land, and the school deemed that “unacceptable”.
